From November 17th to 18th, President Daniele Rutigliano conducted an 8-hour training session on ecommerce at the Tirana Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIT). The fifteen participating companies learned key concepts related to web presence, online sales, and export strategies: how to optimize their ecommerce platforms, how to manage and collect data through CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, how to improve website navigation (UX), and many other essential topics.
The course was organized with the valuable support of the Italian company Balcando, led by our secretary Fabiola Ismaili.
