Daniele Rutigliano is a digital entrepreneur and online seller with multiple ecommerce businesses. He is the sole director and founder of two digital companies, Aproweb and Akkountweb, and serves as an ecommerce consultant for various companies. Since 2010, he has been teaching ecommerce in university courses and master’s programs, with over 800 hours of in-class instruction.
Since 2021, he has also been a professor at LUM University and Bona Sforza in Italy. He is the author of several books, including the best-seller Ecommerce Vincente, one of the most comprehensive guides on electronic commerce, sold to over 8,000 entrepreneurs, students, and online sellers.

Graduated in Economics and Management, Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor, registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Bari. Criminal technical consultant and court-appointed expert (C.T.U.).
Holds a Master’s Degree in E-Commerce & Internet Marketing. Specialized in business, tax, and corporate consulting. Expert in the fiscal and management aspects of ecommerce, as well as in internationalization and tax planning for companies. Consultant for extraordinary corporate transactions, management control, business organization, and corporate strategy.
Trainer in master’s programs and professional training courses.
Author of publications and books in the corporate and tax fields, including: “Company Transformations” and “The Taxable Income of Corporations: Analysis of Specific Cases”.
FABIOLA ISMAILI

Graduated from the Faculty of Law in Tirana in 2000, she began her career working for prominent Albanian law firms specializing in commercial and corporate law. In 2007, she became a licensed attorney and registered with the Bar Association of Tirana. In Italy, she undertook the process of recognition of her legal qualification and legal practice with the Bar Association of Foggia.
As the Sole Director of various companies based in Bari, she closely oversees the companies’ compliance with GDPR regulations. In 2019, she founded her own company, FI SOLUTIONS S.R.L.S. – BALCANDO, with the goal of supporting Albanian and Italian companies in their internationalization process.
In recent years, her company has been a partner in major economic missions and initiatives between the two countries. Her passion for law remains central, with a focus on private international law and business internationalization.
She is a member of Confindustria Albania and also serves as a representative for the Italo-Oriental Chamber of Commerce for Albania and the Balkans.
